We noticed the connectivity issues on a few Kayako Classic Pods and it got started from 04:26 PM GMT, Nov 28, 2018. We isolated the issue and fixed it in the 45 minutes.

SaaS team is still monitoring the situation and RCA will be shared soon. Sorry about this trouble.
